Please help i don't know how to fix this..When i use my shift key twice on my laptop it makes a wierd noise.

And my screen seems to be smuched in and has black on the sides. The folders and stuff on my desktop are big but my desktop backround and internet or anything i open up only goes up to the black point. I have tried to look around apperance and themes but i dont know what the problem is. I've also tried to mess around with the thing that pops up when you press shift 5 times. I dont know what to do please help this is starting to get to me..Thanks

I have tried to fix it by going to properties and nothing helps. It is a laptop and not a moniter its a dell inspiron 1300 i do know how to fix it on a moniter just not on a laptop

It's called a hot key. Most computers and laptop's do this and if you want to stop it happening look for a guide on google
