see this same problem was happened with me at last i came t know that my Bluetooth hardware was not enabled.here i am telling you how i enabled it.
solution--when u switch on the laptop open it computer setup and in hardware menu cheak for all the hardware which are activated and deactivated on your laptop see for bluetooth hardware if its dis able then enable it.
