Right now Apple has a 66% market share in the USA of computers that sell for over $1000. Anywhere between 8 and 12 % of computers in use right now are Macs. The main advantages, top rated tech support, best battery life, high reliability, almost all the software you need comes on it, and they have the highest resale value. MacBooks come with built in type "n" wifi and a webcam. There are no released MacOs X viruses. Everyday there are hundreds of questions posted here in Yahoo about computer viruses, they are all on PCs. You get to work on your computer instead of fixing it, downloading virus updates, messing with your bios (whatever that is). A Mac just works.
