How to automate .NET application documentation

Documentation in any application is a extra task for developers. Can I automate it using any documentation tool. Can anybody recommend me good .net application documentation tool or any other method to document the .net applications. I don’t want to do it manually and I am looking documentation tool for my Asp.Net web application.
