iPhone things that iPod Touch doesn't have: external speaker, microphone, GSM radio (cell phone, basically), Bluetooth, SMS texting, external volume controls, camera, and silent switch.
Unless you really want 32 GB instead of 16 GB, then the iPhone is better in every way
