I have a first Generation iPod Touch that i got on November 9th, 2007.
Is it possible to return it to an Apple Store, or Walmart where i got it from?
I still got the receipt, box, papers, etc. etc. everything it came with. And its still under warranty. I already tried returning it to Walmart, but the Old Man who works in the electronics (Got After Me Before for messing around) told me no. And that I ruined it myself. (Which I didn't... Or i don't think because its always in my pocket or desk IDK how it got that scratch.)
Cosmetically its a 6 out of 10. I think. Maybe not. I still got a screen protector on the back, a scratch straight down the middle of the glass. A dentish thing on the bottom right (ON the metal) and a few very minor scratches on the glass.
So my question is, can I return it for a discount for the 2 Generation (with the internal speakers and etc.) If so, how much of a discount? OR can i say it keeps on messing up ,which it does like once a day (What I mean is that I'll be watching a YouTube video. And it'll shut off and other things to). Can i say that and get a new 2G iPod Touch? Or what else?
