Will a case for and iPod touch 1G fit for the new 2G? ?

So can anyone tell me if this will fit or if I should just wait until more cases like this come out specifically for the 2G?

Wait till it comes out with a case for the 2G. Go to store.apple.com, and check there. You don't want to use accessories that are not correctly provisioned for the product. It can void out your warranty if internal damage is done.
