Enabling Hibernate option in window XP?

When I click on shut down icon of window explorer in XP it does not show me hibernate option. How can I enable it?

Right click on ur desktop and Select "Properties".
Go to "Screen saver" Tab.
Click on "Power..." at right-bottom.
Go to "Hibernate" Tab.
Check the "Enable Hibernate".
Click Ok.

Then u did it....
