How you can deliver the product fast to costumers?

As a project manager how you can deliver the product in less time means as soon as possible?

simple solution is Keep away your team from non-value adding tasks

Customers need working product not documentation. Project managers need to relieve the project team from as much compliance work as possible, even if that means taking on the tasks themselves. So that the development team can concentrate on the real work.


Agile frameworks do need minimal documentation and a mechanism to convey knowledge about project success and failure to others in the organization. The answer isn't eliminating either documentation or process, but approaching both from a simplified, lean, barely sufficient, just-enough perspective.

You can't deliver the project fast... you can deliver the project on Time. If you are able to deliver the project fast shows your project management goes wrong. If the client is asking to deliver the project fast then you have to check the triple constraint... scope, time and cost

motivate your team members this is the right oppurtunity show organization about their value to organization.Introduce the challenge on daily basis with reasonable gaps - work breakdown in different way.mistake occuring oppurtunity should be reduced with our project evaluation skill definetly make product out with our effort done on timely basis

a. Add more resource as long does not adversely impact on project cost (or the cost increase is under acceptable limits).
b. Rework the schedule and task dependencies/relations to explore possibilities of shrink project duration.
c. Explore possibility of scope reduction (like mentioned documentation like work) by eliminating some tasks all-together or by deferring such tasks to subsequent projects or to post project exercise.





We had to maintain balance between project deliverying according to client and what our team are capable of doing.But PM is always driven by the client delivery date.We cannot add the resources as we have money .Its not correct approach.Please try to add resources according to the work to be done.While taking experince person donot be tossed of his number of years of experience.We had also check are the stress levels are hign in the resorce.

Do maintain crucial things on priority and give special attention to them. Also continuously motivate your team. Perfect timeline is the best way to achieve it. Keep first tings first. Have less review-meetings. Clearly define the roles and coals of your sub-ordinates. Continuosly be in touch with top management.

Constraints like Time, Scope, Quality and Cost need to be kept in mind while taking any decision to Reduce overall Project TimeLine.

1. Work with client to prioritize tasks and decide on delivering only most important items. ( A precaution need to be taken that while doing so we are not leaving any flow incomplete so module inter dependency need to be taken into consideration )
2. Keep focus on Critical Path activities. Try to overlap Mutually exclusive module ( Crashing) by putting more resources. but it may have some overhead for integration later on

Never deliver the product to customer fast, before agreed date. It definitely effects the quality of the deliverable as well as trust of the customer on you instead of good impression. Because the, Milestones deadlines, release dates and all are decided by using PM tools along with your expertise. If at all client is really in need of releasing the product, agree on releasing the product with few important features that he can start marketing.
