Install the PC software I have in my desk top into new laptop

Can I install the PC Tools softwares Spyware Doctor and Desktop Maestro that I have in my desk top, to the new laptop at no extra cost?

it depends on the software license. if it is single user license then you need to uninstall it from your desktop first. If it is multi-user then you can install it on your latop without any cost.
