I am having a lot of trouble with developer and want to move to new developer. Need to show the new developer what the site does and what i want them to develop moving forward.. HELP

Don't move to new developer.keep the existing one teach him, definatley it will work and side by side make your own small piece of code on each topic so that he will not face problem.
